XSLTC reports system-property('xsl:vendor') incorrectly

           Summary: XSLTC reports system-property('xsl:vendor') incorrectly
           Product: XalanJ2
           Version: CurrentCVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: org.apache.xalan.xsltc
        AssignedTo: xalan-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: curcuru@apache.org

Since this is the vendor, it should be the proper name of the organization that
hosts the project, thus it should be:

Apache Software Foundation

(Really - I wasn't looking for this - but I often use the processorinfo group to
prototype tests because it's so small, and noticed XSLTC and Xalan differ)
(Oh, and checky my spelling before checkin too; it's a Monday here)
