AFAIK, WMLScript is very similar to Java Script. You can use similar
construction as for Javascript. For example:

1-if you only need to send the WMLScript to the client, you can use a
<map:read>

2-You can also building the WMLScript in a cocoon pipeline.

In both cases be sure to set the mime-type as needed.
