[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-12018) JCE distribution should be done as
part of Kerberos service configure function instead from hooks
(refactoring)
Emil Anca created AMBARI-12018:
----------------------------------
Summary: JCE distribution should be done as part of Kerberos service configure function instead from hooks (refactoring)
Key: AMBARI-12018
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-12018
Project: Ambari
Issue Type: Task
Components: ambari-server
Affects Versions: 2.0.0
Reporter: Emil Anca
Assignee: Emil Anca
Fix For: 2.2.0
Ambari distributes JCE policy to a host before any install/start task is executed in a secure cluster. This is done via before-any hooks.
Now since kerberos service is introduced in the stack, JCE policy should be distributed as part of the configure function of Kerberos service stack definition.
This task should involve just ambari-agent code changes.
