Description:
1. Improve HyperLogLogPlus.merge and HyperLogLogPlus.mergeEstimators by using native arrays instead of ArrayLists to avoid boxing and unboxing of integers. https://github.com/addthis/stream-lib/pull/98
2. Improve HyperLogLogPlus.sortEncodedSet by using Arrays.sort on appropriately transformed encoded values, in this way boxing and unboxing of integers is avoided. https://github.com/addthis/stream-lib/pull/97
