[math] Histogram class?

Hi,
Is a Histogram class in the works? I am currently
using org.apache.commons.math3.stat.Frequency to build my own. I think it
would be a really useful addition considering how thorough the other
statistical classes / methods are in math 3.

Nothing is in the works to actually draw histograms.  You can
generate the data for histograms using
o.a.c.m.random.EmpiricalDistribution.
