[jira] [Resolved] (SLING-3155) Switch launchpad between Jackrabbit and Oak based on run modes

Bertrand Delacretaz resolved SLING-3155.
----------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

The -Dsling.run.modes=jackrabbit (or oak) option now works both in the launchpad/builder runnable jar and in the launchpad/testing module.

The https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Sling/job/sling-oak-it-1.6/ build job runs the launchpad/testing build with the oak run mode.

> We need this to run our integration tests on both Jackrabbit and Oak.
> Using -Dsling.run.modes=jackrabbit (or oak) on the first startup of the launchpad runnable jar will switch.
> These run modes need to be set to be mutually exclusive and considered only on the first startup, we don't support switching later. We'll need to support upgrading a Jackrabbit repository to Oak but that's a different issue.
