Strange files

Hi Scott,

I also had the following files show up in my log4j home directory.

log4j-2.2.D11.jar
log4j-chainsaw-2.2.D11.jar

Under windows, I could not remove them without closing a Chainsaw session. 
I am now unable to reproduce the problem. Strange...
