deprecating the old lua plugin

Hi,

The ts_lua plugin is now supporting almost all features of the old lua
plugin except for the support of the Session hooks.

I am wondering whether we can now deprecate the old lua plugin and remove
it. We have a JIRA TS-2555 for that (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-2555)

Any objection to that?
