broken called Getting Started manual

I meant to add that normally forrest catches broken links. The way this 
file is produced is special and, as we see, the broken links weren't caught.

fixed, and the change will become visible in about an hour.

longer story:

I corrected the URL by editing the file directly on people.apache.org 
because when I changed the source release-10.1.1.0.html file, the 
'forrest site' build produced a file that had so many diffs that it 
didn't make sense to me. Andrew and Raman know the in's and out's of 
building the release file, so maybe one of them can take a look at it 
when they have time.

Looks like this link should be changed to:

http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/10.1/getstart/

and the link to the Server Admin Guide on the same
page should be:

http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/10.1/adminguide/
