upload artifact by these steps:
1. choose "Repository Id";
2. provide the GAV and Packaging(jar)
3. choose jar file from FS
4. choose pom file from FS, and check the "pomFile"
5. click "start Upload" of each file chosen, or click "start Upload" near the "choose files" 
6. upload completed, then click "Save Files"

But, these is no pom file uploaded to the target repo.
