Current oozie puppet manifests contain many artifacts from very old versions of oozie (~3.0, it looks like), and hence don't make use of the the setup tools that were introduced in Oozie 4 (DB setup in particular). This change would introduce using the Oozie db init script ooziedb.sh to set up the database instead of relying on the oozie daemon to do so.
