[Issue 128083] New: Application Crashes When Returning to Open Dialog with Search Results

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128083

          Issue ID: 128083
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Application Crashes When Returning to Open Dialog with
                    Search Results
           Product: General
           Version: 4.1.6
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: ui
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: seanfrisbey@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

I have having issues opening documents from the Open dialog. If I open the Open
dialog and type something in the search bar, my search results are found and I
can successfully open a document. However, after closing the document (just the
document, not the application) and returning to the Open dialog, I am
immediately brought to a "Search results" view, and this is where the
application crashes. This happens most of the time. Sometimes I can get away
with it.

This behavior is not typical and AOO works fine with Win10 all editions.

Could you be more precise and give us which operating system is used?
