weblogic 6.1 and Apache SOAP

Hi,

I have successfully deployed soap.war in weblogic6.1. I could visit
http://localhost:7001/soap/admin/index.html, but I got the following error
when I tried to visit http://localhost:7001/soap/servlet/rpcrouter. The
soap.war file contains web.xml and all the required classes. I don't know
why weblogic can't see the servlet mapping. Please help!!
