Trying to build RPMs to test the 4.0 release candidates, I'm getting the following error:

$ export BUILD_NUMBER=0
$ ./waf rpm --prerelease=4.0 --build-number=$BUILD_NUMBER --package-version=4.0.0
(lots of building...)
RPM build errors:
    File not found: /var/tmp/cloud-4.0.0-0.0el5.4.0-build/usr/share/doc/cloud-4.0.0/sccs-info
    File not found: /var/tmp/cloud-4.0.0-0.0el5.4.0-build/usr/share/doc/cloud-4.0.0/configure-info
system command rpmbuild failed with error value 1
$
