Hi Julien,

I merged both patches (Jose and yours) and committed them in r952508 with additional changes:

- upgrade plexus-spring to 1.3-SNAPSHOT
- upgrade sitemesh to 2.4.2
- fixed webapp test failures
- set theme to simple for s:button to avoid breaking the look of the page
- removed ActionContextCleanUp (deprecated) and FilterDispatcher (deprecated) and replaced them with StrutsPrepareFilter and StrutsExecuteFilter
- replaced PageFilter with SiteMeshFilter
