C++: Change qpidd --log.foo options to --log-foo.

For consistency I'd like to change the --log.x options to --log-x. I did
originally have a reason for this inconsistency but I don't think it's a
good one anymore. Anyone object to this change? Do any scripts in any of
the non-cpp projects use these options?
