plan extension

Hi,

I tried to implement the sample given on the "extending" page.
https://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/dev/design/extending.html

But I think I need some help to understand the Example shown there.

Is that part of the plan extension on the source code?

(My target is it to have javascript support on my pdf to do some dialogs in the reader.)
