[OT: jsf-comp] New jsf-comp component/release

I have created a very basic lazy-loading tree to use with tree2 and
AjaxAnywhere. You can find it at http://sf.net/projects/jsf-comp and
under the "AjaxAnywhere" release. This was inspired by my blog and
several questions of people on how to use it.

An example WAR file is included in the release for your reference.
