> PingImpalaService/PingImpalaHS2Service RPC calls expose the coordinator's debug web url to clients like impala shell. Since the debug web UI is not something that end-users will necessarily have access to, we should have a server option to send an empty string instead of the real url to the impala client signalling that the debug web ui is not available.
