[jira] [Created] (AIRAVATA-228) XBaya Registry Connection Error Message

XBaya Registry Connection Error Message
---------------------------------------

                 Key: AIRAVATA-228
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-228
             Project: Airavata
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: XBaya
    Affects Versions: 0.1-INCUBATING
         Environment: Mac
            Reporter: Suresh Marru
             Fix For: 0.2-INCUBATING

If there is no registry service available, xbaya tries to connect it and fails. The error message in the pop up is ambiguous and complains "please check credentials". The error between not being able connect and credentials wrong should be separated and displayed accordingly. To reproduce, do not start registry and in JCR connection menu click ok.

The exception :javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Failed to read the resource at URL http://localhost:8081/rmi Can be detected and thrown right error message.
