connect Tomcat 4.0.3 with Apache 2.0.39 using mod_jk-3.3-ap20.so

I downloaded the archive "httpd-2.0.39.tar.gz" and installed it in the , and 
used mod_jk-3.3-ap20.so module to integrate tomcat 4.0.3 with the apache 
2.0.39.
 
I am currently getting the error from apache
"httpd: module "mod_jk.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache.
Please contact the vendor for the correct version."

Is there the latest mod_jk.so module that is compatible with apache 2.0.39?
