   ## Summary
   
   Serial doesn't exit read function after close. It blocks on semaphore. And it doesn't know anything about closing.
   
   ## Impact
   
   Closing non-console serial device.
   
   ## Testing
   
   Open non-console serial device. Read in one thread. Close it from another thread.
