[ANNOUNCE] Apache sirona 0.3-incubating released

The Apache Sirona team is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of the 0.3-incubating release. The release note can be
found here [1]; The source code and binary package can be downloaded
from Sirona download page [2].

This release includes several enhancements on the javaagent and path
tracking features as well as new features like websocket push support
and new alerter API.

The Apache Sirona Team would like to hear from you and welcomes your
comments and contributions.
