Torque with Turbine 2.3

Hello!

i'm trying to use torque with turbine but have troubles to initialize
torque.

i read on the page
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2.3/services/avalon-component-service.html
how to load torque as an component with avalon.

but when i restart my webapp i get the follwong error in the logfile:

[ERROR] BaseServiceBroker - -Shutdown of a nonexistent Service 'AvalonComponentService' was requested <org.apache.turbine.services.InstantiationException: Failed to instantiate service AvalonComponentService: A class referenced by org.apache.turbine.services.avaloncomponent.TurbineAvalonComponentService is unavailable. Check your jars and classes.: org/apache/avalon/excalibur/logger/LoggerManager>java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/avalon/excalibur/logger/LoggerManager

what jar libs do i need?
