[Db-derby Wiki] Update of "PatchTracker" by DavidVanCouvering

Dear Wiki user,

You have subscribed to a wiki page or wiki category on "Db-derby Wiki" for change notification.

The following page has been changed by DavidVanCouvering:
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/PatchTracker

New page:
= Patch Tracker =

As the volume of email and patches grows on the Derby project, sometimes it is hard to keep up with what is out there. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the contributor to try and get attention to their patch. But sometimes well-intentioned committers just lose track of where things stand.

This page is intended to help contributors and committers alike keep track of the open patches and where they stand. You are '''not''' required to use this page in any way, but you may find it helpful in getting some visibility to your patch, and for committers to know what the heck is currently out there.

NOTE that just because one person reviewed the last revision of your patch, it does not in any way obligate them to review the next revision, nor should it prevent any one else from reviewing the patch.

You can make the status column be whatever you want, but here are some possible choices.
   * Patch submitted
   * Reviewed
   * Patch accepted, working on commit

Please do '''not''' add comments or a "conversation" here -- all comments and conversations need to be held on the derby-dev nmailing list, either directly or indirectly by adding a JIRA comment.
