Many financial institutions may not be able to capture all client and loan data in a single day. It may be spread across multiple days. And the client data should not be visible in the "approval work list" of any user until all data is captured and explicitly submitted for approval or activation.

Hence, a new status is needed as "Partial Application" or "New".

This capability should also apply to new customer account applications
