   Protect the default branch and the release branches from deletion and force-push, and require linear history on them.
   
   Release branches in this repository are named X_Y_Z_dev (e.g. 1_9_0_dev), so match them with "*_dev" instead of the generic "release/*" and "rel/*" patterns.
