SpamAssassin-saproxy list?

One we forgot -- the SAProxy list.

Since SAProxy won't be coming along to Apache since one of the main
authors was not happy to relicense, I guess we should leave the list
here with its sourcecode on sf.net.

Agreed?

yep.  saproxy is on its own.
