Couldn't find anything on Catalina. Anyone have a URL for it?

The "Catalina" code as it currently exists is in the Jakarta Tomcat CVS
tree, under subdirectory "proposals/catalina". The simplest way to grab
it is to get the source drop from
<http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/tomcat/release/v3.1_beta_1/src>.
After we get 3.1 final out the door, I'm going to be spending some more
time on this code.
