Geode PR cleanup

Hey all,

Could we do some github pull request housekeeping please? Specifically:

   - If you have an open PR that you know is not going to be merged, please
   close it.
   - If you have reviewed a PR and requested changes which have not been
   made, please bump the PR and see if the original submitter is still working
   it. If there is no response to a bump after a week, I think we should close
   the PR.
