New 3.0.4 installation not blocking SPAM

I just moved over to a new system, FreeBSD-6.0, and am using a fresh
install of SpamAssassin-3.0.4, but the same configuration.

I also use Spamass-Milter to interface into sendmail.

Its not blocking any SPAM, and I can't seem to figure out why.

I took an accumilated "corpus" of spam messages (X-headers stripped) and
ran the "sa-learn" on it, from my account. So the tokens are built up
(the spam is recent).

My other machine was running 2.6 of SA, and it was blocking fine.

It's possible I need to rebuild the SA binaries, due to library changes
in FreeBSD-6 (that happened to a couple other applications). However, I
thought I'd check here first to see if anyone has the same issue - or
suggestions where to look for further debugging info.

Thanks.
