new command-line interface

Hi gang,

you may have noticed already there's a new file named "gump" in the 
trunk. This is a shell script which wraps a bunch of our functionality 
and provides friendly help (or so I hope). Run

   ./gump help

for more information. It ain't doing everything just yet, but for 
example if you have the forrest 0.6 installed you can now build and 
publish our site as follows:

   cd ~/svn/gump/trunk
   ./gump site && ./gump site-publish

run tests like this:

   ./gump test

etc etc.
