   ### One-line summary [问题简述]
   在mapbox上用echarts4.0.4画3D柱形图，用tooltip显示每个柱子的数值时，当地图层级是11的时候基本可以显示，但是层级是12或13的时候，就会有很多小的柱子不能显示tooltip。层级越大，就有越多的柱子不能显示tooltip，而且不能交互。
