returning the webapp ClassLoader

Hi,

if you call "Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader()" in a constructor of a class that is located in the 'WEB-INF/classes' dir of a web context, does this guarantee the return of the WebApp ClassLoader or could it also return a parent (e.g. Shared) ?
