The [https://cassandra.apache.org/_/development/patches.html] page has several places where references to other pages are not actual links, but are formatted as fixed-width text. For example:

Code must follow the {{code_style}} convention

instead of

Code must follow the [code style|https://cassandra.apache.org/_/development/code_style.html] convention

These should be fixed to be actual links
