Java Sampler GUI does not allow leaving arguments undefined

Summary: Java Sampler GUI does not allow leaving arguments
                    undefined
           Product: JMeter
           Version: Nightly (Please specify date)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jsalvata@atg.com

To reproduce:
- Create a Java Sampler element
- Select one of the arguments
- Press "Delete"
- Click on another element in the test plan
- Click back on the Java Sampler
The argument you just deleted has reappeared. It wasn't there when you left (I
know because the Java Config element now works, and it wouldn't otherwise). It
has been placed back there when you re-selected the sampler.
