Proposal Atom Protocol Comment Support

Hi,

This is to inquire about the progress of the proposal to add new URIs for comment collections as mentioned in the following link:

It will be really helpful if you can update me on the status of this proposal.

The status is "proposed" and, as far as I know, nobody is working on
this feature.

If you'd like to work on this feature I would be happy to help as a
mentor/advisor on this mailing list.

Or, if you have a patch that implements it, I'd be happy to help
evaluate it and get it into Roller.
