[Issue 125181] When I Insert Picture from File, it changes the fill of a random shape to a Bitmap of that image.

@Cathy Laporte use layers to set shapes as background. If you don't know about
this concept, go to our forum or end-user mail list.

Bradley Roderick don't give some news since a long time ago, so this issue is
set as irreproducible.
