why not run on weblogic8.1.2 or weblogic8.1.5,please help me!

1。js2.1 or js2.1.2 run on tomcat5.5.28 is ok 。loginPortlet actionURL is: action='/jetspeed/login/proxy'
2。I move js2.1 or js2.1.2 from tomcat5.5.28 to weblogic8.1.2(http://wiki.apache.org/portals/Jetspeed2/Fusion)
3。loginPortlet actionURL is: action='/j2-admin/login/proxy'
4。when i access input loginname and password, the display

Error 403--Forbidden

I am sarch resouces of the file at internet,but found little about this issue. please help me if you can resovel this problem.
