@ktmud There will probably be several SIPs as this gets parceled out, but there are a few worth noting right now:
[SIP-37](https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/issues/9123) deals with using CSS-in-JS to migrate away from LESS and restructure how and where styles are applied
[SIP-30](https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/issues/8655) tackles the removal of SQL Lab tabs
[SIP-38](https://preset.atlassian.net/browse/SO-260) deals with visualization plugins, which is at least part of the puzzle toward this SIP.
Some of it will probably just start trickling in via PRs, but anything large/contentious may trigger a SIP, whether it's a specific feature proposal, or some new dev process/pattern.
