AOL users cannot access my site via the virtual address
but they can by going to the real server IP. Any suggestions?
What does this mean in the error_log?

1, What is your platform ( OS system ) ?
2, Are you sure no any problem with your setting of DNS ?
3, Are you using CISCO 827 Router ( NAT : map function, Class C IP address
<-> Real IP address ) ?
