Repro Steps
Setup Basic environments with latest Build#4.2-256.
Open the browser and login to Web Portal.
Obvious all the UIs.
Navigate to the Instances Tab -> Click an instance created -> View Snapshots -> Check all the UIs.

Expected Result
All the UIs should display as normal, and all strings should be translated.

Actual Result
Affinity Groups did not be translation, and some garbled chars occurred on 'Type' of the Snapshot's details.
