no, i missed those files. new patch file is attached. please let me know 
if you have any further problems.

p.s., to run the test cases for the test-aapp-handler target, you need 
to pass aapp.endpoint, aapp.user, and aapp.password into ant:

[jtb@punk::~/roller/svn-new/roller/trunk] ant 
-Daapp.endpoint=http://suntoy:8080/roller/aapp -Daapp.user=jtb 
-Daapp.password=iplanet test-aapp
...

(the test-aapp-sdk target does not require the param ... you can call 
this directly).

also note that the MemberHandlerTest.testHandler test seems to fail 
occasionally, and i haven't been able to pinpoint why yet.
