Incorrect binary in Windows binary dowload

Ijust downloaded and installed SVN 1.3.2 (I chose svn-1.3.2-setup.exe) 
from the below page:

http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91

Unfortunately, when I type 'svn --version' at the command line, it prints:

svn, version 1.2.3 (r15833)
   compiled Sep 13 2005, 22:45:22

Copyright (C) 2000-2005 CollabNet.
Subversion is open source software, see http://subversion.tigris.org/
This product includes software developed by CollabNet 
(http://www.Collab.Net/).

Has the correct version of SVN been installed?

You most likely have an older version of svn.exe elsewhere in your 
PATH.  Do a search on your drives for svn.exe.
