Recordongs sound quality becomes bad in the recent OpenMeetings release.
It was not reproducible some time ago on the previous versions.
How to reproducible:
1. Clean up Java cache via control panel
2. Log into OpenMeetings, enter the room, enable sound and video
3. Make some recording with sound
4. Go to the recordings tab and try to play just created recording
Result: Video is OK, but sound quality is very bad.

Please retest I have set an rate now for the micro to 22 KHz maybe that was missing.

Tested on two different servers with the rev #1326496.
