Validator Logs

Hi everyone,

I'm using Struts 1.1 and log4j for logging. I'm setting the log level
for the root logger to debug, and yet, I can not see the logs coming
from the validation framework. I tried setting the log levels for the
validation framework package explicitly and even the additivity but
still I can not see any of the logs.

Can anyone please help with this issue.
