   @aromanenko-dev @ibzib It looks like Spark postcommit is working again.
   
   Updating Scala version broke everything so it indeed looks like we have to wait until Spark supports Scala 2.12.
   
   Strangely SpannerIOIT tests keep failing - I'm not sure if it's related to this PR but it looks more like Beam's GCP project issue:
   ```
   io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: The instance projects/apache-beam-testing/instances/beam-test has too many database splits to complete the operation.  Please add more nodes and try again.
   ```
