[Bug 120132] Zip archives cannot be opened by Winzip

--- Comment #1 from orcmid <or...@apache.org> ---
I confirm that this archive does not open properly with WinZip 0.0 SR-1 (6224)
running on Windows 7 x64 also. The tar.gz of the file *did* open successfully
with the same WinZip.

Note that Windows since Windows 2000 also includes a default shell
implementation for .zip files that allows them to be opened in Windows Explorer
as if the .zip is a folder. On Windows 7 this implementation apparently fails
to provide all of the content the same way that WinZip fails. That is, the only
directories at the top of folder aoo-3.4.1 are \ext-libraries and \main.
Beneath main, there are top-level fils and only content recursively beneath
\accessibility\ through \autodoc\, \MathMLDTD\, and \UnoControls\.

On Windows 7 there are more folders below main, but they appear to have no
content, although many more they do have content in the tar.gz version.

Possible sources of difficulty, along with the apparently truncated central
directory, is the excessive use of Zip entries for empty directories and the
directories that only have subdirectories. Another possibility is the
introduction of a duplicate name for a directory and/or a file (since Windows
long file names are not case sensitive).
