 -E
 -V

The following arguments are not documented in the spamc.c usage:

 -f
 -V

The following arguments are not documented as non-Win32 in spamc.c usage
(needs an ifndef like -U has):

 -e

The following arguments are not documented as non-Win32 in spamc.pod:

 -e
 -U

In addition, the pod could be clearer about the default exit values vs.
how the exit values change with various options in an EXIT section.
