h3. *Motivation*

We need to add SQL syntax to support setting a default zone.

Also this command must be converted to a catalog command

h3. *Definition of done*

Corresponding command must be added:

 * {{ALTER ZONE <zone_name> SET DEFAULT}} to reassign default zone.
